Why we do the things we do

I've been asked now by a few people why I decided to start a blog, what reasons do I have.

Well, quite simply i'm doing it because it's my way of communicating with others. At this moment in time I am still waiting to start my new job, I have days where I won't go out in public or talk to people and the only company I have a lot of the time is my 2 year old daughter (who admittedly holds better conversations than most grown ups!)

I also feel that for me not being able to talk about my feelings or experiences is part of my problem.
I rely on Jess a lot, more than most people should rely on someone, but thats because I know that [however much the brutal honesty can be painful] she will always look out for me and the kids and will always put us first!

You never know when the next bad thing will happen to you, or when you will get that bad news you've been dreading. But as long as you have that one person you can always rely on by your side then you can get through anything life throws at you.
